SHIPPING
We currently ship only within the United States.
All of our orders go out within 1-4 business days. 
Hemp Pantry offers FREE shipping on all orders $100 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $100, there is a delivery charge of $8.25. 

RETURNS
Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 7 days of receipt of package.
Hemp Pantry will immediately refund or replace our products purchased under the following circumstances:

​DAMAGE
Please check your shipment carefully upon receipt to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. Please call or email our customer service to place your claim for damaged product within 7 days of receipt. Please provide detailed information and photographs if possible related to the product damaged during shipping. We will either issue an immediate refund for that product, or provide a replacement shipment per your request. Any refunds due will be processed within 7-10 business days, and it will be made to the same payment method used for the order. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. 

UNUSED PRODUCT IN ORIGINAL SEAL
Refunds will be issued for products which can be returned to Hemp Pantry unused and still in their original seal within 7 days from original order date. Please contact Hemp Pantry for instructions on where to return the unused product. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item and it will be deducted from the refund total. Any refunds due will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date Hemp Pantry the product, and it will be made to the same payment method used for the order.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE
Product exchanges will not be accepted. You may return any unopened product within 7 days for a full refund, and place a new order for the new products you wish to purchase. Please call/email in advance of placing your order with any questions about which product is best for you.

RETURNS PROCESS
Please contact us ASAP through the website to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED & original sealed product within the 7-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address. Once we receive your package and confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement. It will be made to the same payment method used for the order.

Hemp Pantry will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on HempPantry.net or at our Store. Hemp Pantry will not allow returns from a purchase made from any other retail store.
